All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original condition. Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice. All returned items may be subject to quality acceptance testing. We cannot accept modified items on a return. Your package should be insured and freight prepaid. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment, after receipt, inspection and acceptance of item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
